China is the biggest consumer market in the world, with a population of more than 1,4 bilion. Last years the buying power of Chinese citizens is dynamically increasing, what can be easy observed during shopping festivals such as Singles Day 11.11 ( November 11th), when during only 1 day Alibaba generated close to 31 bilion USD revenue. Chinese are also the biggest spenders while travelling abroad- in 2017 the amount spent was close to 260 bilion USD.
Chinese population is very digitalised- using internet in every possible way. The only problem is, that the applications are totally different than here- in the West.
To introduce the trends, technologies and strategies, we organise in Prague international conference „marketing to China”, where high-profile speakers from China will explain the way China works.
The first day of the event will be dominated by keynotes delivered by the top class speakers from China: Matthew Brennan, Ashley Galina Dudarenok or Elijah Whaley- to name a few.
We will be talking about super-app WeChat, influencers marketing, new retail, innovations and e-commerce.
Second day is dedicated to hands-on workshops, trainings and case studies presented by agencies, which successfully operate on the Chinese market, representing global/western brands. Case studies will be presented in two concurrent tracks:
- Travel, hospitality, entertainment;
- Retail, fashion, e-commerce.
We will end the day with the Certified Baidu Marketing Specialist training, provided by the officially accredited agency from London.
